It’s only mid-January and it already seems hard to hold on to my New Year’s goals.

I have found myself struggling to hold on to my *Positive thoughts only* way of life. In the few days that I’ve slipped, I’ve noticed a HUGE change in myself.  For the negative.

I quickly read through my positive affirmations and reminded myself why I started this goal in the first place. Then I figured there are probably other Mama’s who are already starting to struggle too.

Tips For Moms To Live A Happy & Positive Life

I quickly came up with a solution to keep on track with my positive vibes.  On top of doing positive affirmations every day, choosing a weekly goal to conquer. One specific area of life that needs help that particular week.

For example, you have a very stressful meeting this week. On Sunday, write down in your positive living goal planner, “This week I will take every stressful situation and find a positive.”

Instead of going into this meeting frustrated and stressed. Go into the meeting smiling and determined to make it a positive only situation. Even if your boss is yelling and rude, challenge yourself to find the good.

Challenging yourself and setting weekly goals will make it much easier to stay on the *positive vibes only* train. Take these goals day by day and adjust them to events happening in your life.

One week you may set a goal of simply, “smiling at all strangers on the bus” or “meditate for 20 minutes every day.” Your goal is to make sure you complete your goal every single day.

It may seem challenging at first but once you intentionally start living a more positive life the positive vibes will come naturally. You will radiate positivity and notice a change in yourself for the best.

Living a more positive life will not only possibly improve your mental health but, could possibly improve others around you. Once you are living a happier life, you’ll find it easier to accomplish everyday tasks. It will be easier to accomplish your long-term goals. Your relationships will have improved at both home, and work.

  1. I definitely need to break things up into small achievable goals at 34 weeks pregnant. Positive affirmations can go a long way like I didn’t eat the second slice of cake at least.
