How To Live Your Best Life

We all have goals and dreams that we constantly think about.

The problem is we don’t take the action needed to pursue our dreams. We see them as out of reach or unrealistic.

Not Anymore!

Best Life

You deserve to be truly happy. You deserve to follow your dreams and crush your goals.

It’s not easy and you certainly may fail at times. It’s like my favorite quote these days, “What if I fail? Oh, but darling, what if you fly?”

No reward comes without risk. And if it did, I can tell you that you probably didn’t work hard enough for that reward.

When creating your best life you are creating the best life that you are in now. While working on creating your dream life. To do this you need to identify what your dreams are. What are your life goals? If you were living your dream life today what does it look like?

Write down those details in your favorite journal and make a plan.

How Do I Even Start?

Organization:

Start by organizing your life today. A cluttered life is not a happy life. That is not your best life. You need to organize your house, your car, your time, and your mind.

Your home should be your sanctuary. Especially your bedroom. When you walk in you want to feel comfort and joy. This can be a hard task when there are little ones running around but do the best you can. Get rid of unnecessary items in your house as soon as possible.

Organize your time. Use a planner to plan out your months and days. This will help you stay on top of your tasks and events.

Set A Routine:

A daily routine will help you live your best life. Wake up before your kids to prepare for your day. Have a cup of coffee by yourself on the porch in silence.

Your routine should also include your daily chores and me time. Staying on top of your cleaning needs will make for a much calmer and relaxed house. While your me time is necessary for self-care. Simple schedule in time for a bubble bath or yoga class.

Cut Negativity Out:

This can be a broad subject but it needs to be done asap. You are not living your best life if the highlight of YOUR day is talking about someone else. Stop gossip, rumors, and any negative thoughts towards other people.

This also includes cutting negative people out of your life. This is a hard task but you can’t fly when someone is holding you on the ground.

Stop thinking negatively about yourself. You need to always have a positive mindset about your body, health, life, and more. One negative thought will drag you right back down and lose all the progress you have made.

Positive Affirmations:

When you lose the negative thoughts and replace them with happy thoughts it changes your entire state of mind. when something in your life happens you tend to look on the bright side of life.

Always remember you get what you give. If you are a mean and negative person the universe recognizes that and sends you negative energy and a negative life. You will never truly be happy.

When you beam happiness and positivity the universe also recognizes this. Say your affirmations everuday and watch how fast the universe starts to favor you.

Work Hard:

This may seem fairly obvious but you cannot accomplish your goals without working hard.

So many people these days want the perfect life, with the perfect house, a dog, and a white picket fence. But, they want to sit on their rear end and act like the universe owes them.

Set a goal and go for it. Find a problem in your life and fix it.

What is the biggest problem in your life now? Money?

How can you fix that?

Create a short term and long term plan to fix your financial problems. These usually don’t get better overnight but you would be amazed to see you could pay off your debt and save money in less than a year when you try.

Maybe your dream is to be a business owner. if you want to be successful you always have to remember it is going to take a lot of work. Change your mindset and let it set in that you need to work harder.

Be Happy:

You aren’t the best version of you unless you are happy.

If you genuinely are not happy you need to find the problem points. Make a list of the things in your life that make you unhappy.

Now make a plan to fix them.

Self-care if a major part of your happiness. When you don’t take care of yourself how will you be able to take care of others? If you can’t take care of yourself now how will you accomplish your goals?

Always remember that you are important and DESERVE to be happy.

These above tips are just the start to put you on the right track to living your best life. Remember to do what makes you happy every day.

Cutting out the negativity sometimes means turning off the new for days at a time! Our national political climate is quite disturbing and can really take a toll on anyone! Exercise really keeps me happy!
